ABOUT
I was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and lived most of my working career as a RN in Houston. I now live in the Round Top, Texas area. I am an Impressionistic artist working in a variety of mediums. My goal in my art is to create emotion, peacefulness and soulfulness. My inspiration is inspired from my passion for travel and exploring the world.
I have always admired and loved art and decided 25 years ago to take my first art classes at Houston Art League just for fun. From the minute I stepped into the art workshop it created a passion that would not stop.
My recent collections come from my inspiration from my travels around the world. From the Slot Canyons in the Southwest, to the canals of Venice, the flower fields of Iceland and the country side of Italy.
I have been featured and sold in several Galleries in Houston, Round Top, and Austin. I have been featured in many Art Shows and magazines. My paintings come from my love of life and passion to share it with others.
